With a unique blend of agency, Client and startup experience working at on or the board of Saatchi and Saatchi , Wieden and Kennedy, Nike, Levi’s, Activision and Diesel, Scott has immersed himself in some of the world’s most creative, challenging and demanding cultures.

Scott has led turnarounds, rapid growth teams and global excellence hubs and his passion for people, teams and cultures led to him becoming the founder and bringer of the Boom! - his mission - to help businesses unblock old ways of thinking, unlock new ideas and unleash the power of their people behind a powerful way forward.

The Boom! have worked with over 30 clients including MediaCom, Channel 4, ITV, Absolut, Starbucks, Red Bull, Prostate Cancer UK and PwC.

Scott also shares his views on creativity and culture in Marketing, Campaign, BBC, BBC Radio, FT and the Sunday Times and is co-author of a new book, Creative Superpowers, out in June 2018.
