Toby Horry

Customer Propositions Director, Tesco

 

After graduating in History from Nottingham University, and after coming close to joining the RAF, Toby Horry pursued a career in advertising starting in TV ad production. In 2002 he joined AMV BBDO as a Planner, and in the four and a half years he was there won two IPA Effectiveness awards and was promoted to the board. Toby joined Dare as a Senior Planner in December 2006, was promoted to Planning Director in 2007 and in October 2009 became Managing Director. In 2010 Dare was nominated as Digital Agency of the Decade by Campaign Magazine. In September 2015 Toby joined Tesco as Digital Marketing Director before becoming Customer Propositions Director in May 2017.

Toby lives in north-east London with his wife, two children and two rabbits.
